Pricing Change for Canada – As of May 1, 2025
Toronto, ON – March 28, 2025 – ERIS announces a pricing adjustment for its database report products, packages, and select historical products, effective May 1, 2025. The average price increase of 2.5%, the first since April 2, 2022, will enable ERIS to continue investing in its platforms, products, and data to enhance speed, presentation, and delivery for customers.
Over the past three years, ERIS has made significant advancements, including:
– Enhancements to the Figure Creator Tool
– Better integration of the Mobile Field App with ERIS Xplorer and Scriva (ERIS’ report authoring platform)
– Enabling Fire Insurance Maps to be viewed and layered within Xplorer
– Introduction of the cost- and time-efficient SMART CD
– Enhancements to the Climate Risk Assessment Report for Canada
– Launch of Scriva, the industry’s game-changing report writer
NOTE: All ERIS Standard Reports, Standard-Select, Site Reports, Custom Reports, as well as orders of Historical Aerials, Insurance Products, Physical Setting Report and all Regional Report options, include Xplorer, our interactive platform for analysis and overlaying data and maps. In addition, ERIS’ Mobile App for efficient site visits and our Figure Creator Tool are included with your data order.
Additionally, all ERIS Standard Reports, Standard-Select, Site Reports, Custom Reports, as well as orders of Historical Aerials, Insurance Products, Physical Setting Reports, and all Regional Report options include Xplorer, ERIS’ interactive platform for analysis and data layering. The ERIS Mobile App and Figure Creator Tool are also included with data orders for seamless site visits and report preparation.
Looking ahead to Q2 2025, ERIS will introduce further innovations, including:
– Multi-polygon Database Reports/Orders
– City Directories in Xplorer (if ordered)
– Customizable legends in Figure Creator for added drawings, notes, and symbols
– Physical Setting Report (PSR) layer in Figure Creator
